Native American Fatherhood & Families Association (NAFFA) created and designed this program for fathers and mothers using a Native American approach. The goal of the program is to strengthen families through responsible parenting. NAFFA teaches parents to connect with their heritage as they become actively involved in the lives of their families.
NAFFA welcomes non-Natives to participate in our program. When a foster parent or stepparent comes through the program, connections are more fully developed with other parents in the community, thus creating a stronger support network for them.
The NAFFA Fatherhood Is Sacred®/Motherhood Is Sacred® program consists of 12 sessions totaling 24 hours of group instruction. The course will cover Session 1.
